The aim was to enhance the practical skills of the students. The visit included ongoing field work at the channel as part of the training.

A scientific workshop titled "Algorithms in Social Media and the Formation of Virtual Digital Identity" will be held for first-stage students (evening) on Monday, March 17, 2025.On 04/12/2025, the College of Media at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University organized a scientific workshop in the field of algorithms in social media and the formation of digital identity.The Dean of the College, Dr. Mohammed Gaml Al-Taif, announced that the College of Media, affiliated with the Holy Hussaini Shrine, is conducting specialized scientific workshops in digital communication to keep up with the latest technological developments and innovations in media tools. He stated that the college follows an academic scientific plan to implement the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the university's guidelines, in addition to continuously striving to keep pace with real-time developments in digital communication and familiarizing students with the latest technologies and innovations in media through specialized workshops.He added that the college has held a specialized workshop on "Algorithms in Social Media and the Formation of Digital Identity," noting that in the era of digital transformations, algorithms play a pivotal role in customizing content for individuals, which impacts their interactions and digital identities.The workshop highlighted how digital identities are shaped through data and behavioral analysis to reinforce existing attitudes and provide content aligned with individual interests.It is worth mentioning that the workshop was presented by the faculty member in the Digital Media Department of the College of Media at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University, Professor Walaa Shaker Mahmoud.
